Carlos Lemos: The GB Mat Experience

Professor Carlos Lemos Jr is a 4th Degree Black Belt and began training at Gracie Barra in 1992. From the Blue Belt to the Black Belt he trained at GB Rio Matriz with Mestre Carlinhos.

From there, Professor traveled the world spreading the Jiu-Jitsu For Everyone mission.

In this video, Professor Carlos talks a little bit about his story, what it was like to train at that time and what it meant and influenced his life to this day.
